Parmesan Hash Cakes (80g) Wild Chef Parmesan Hash Cakes are our version of a cheesy hash brown. They are made with thin slices of premium Agria potato and enhanced with loads of parmesan cheese and chives. Wild Chef Parmesan Hash Cakes are a luxurious addition to any meal of the day and can take a simple dish to the next level. Use them to replace an English muffin for a gluten-free eggs benedict that will have your customers salivating at the sound of it and definitely coming back for more. Vegetarian Gluten-free 80g x 30 pieces per bag Cooking Guidelines (cook from frozen) Note: Cooking guidelines serve as a guide only, as appliances may vary. Cook from frozen until desired colour & piping hot in the middle. Oven: Pre-heat oven to 220°C. Place frozen Hash Cakes on a tray lined with baking paper. Brush/spray with a little oil. Bake for 10 minutes then turn and bake for a further 5 minutes. Deep Fry: Pre-heat deep fryer to 180°C. Deep fry frozen Hash Cakes in small batches for 5 minutes. (Recommended cooking method) Pan Fry: Pre-heat the pan on a medium setting with a little oil. Then, carefully place frozen Hash Cakes into the pan and shallow fry for 8 minutes turning regularly. Serving Suggestions: Veggie Stack: Top our Parmesan Hash Cake with wilted spinach, Portobello mushrooms, roasted tomato, capsicum and pesto. We love veggie stacks as they are extremely versatile and ingredients can easily be swapped out for ones you have on hand. Avocado Goodness: When in season, avocado is a great topping for our Parmesan Hash Cakes. Keep it simple and add red onion, tomato and coriander salsa on smashed avo.
